Here are the right steps to massage your breasts properly:

  • Apply massage oil or massage cream on your breast. This is done to help reduce discomfort. Oil or massage cream can help you feel comfortable while massaging the breast.
  • Use your palms when starting a massage. Start a massage from the center of the breast with a slightly tight pressure in a way circular from the middle to the outside of the breast. Repeat up to 20 times.
  • Your next movement can massage the breast from the upper area near the armpit, then point to the middle of the breast as much as 20 times.
  • Lastly, you can massage by lifting the breast upwards then massage with circular motion for 20 times, and repeat on both sides of the breast. Breast massage for 5 – 10 minutes after bathing and repeated twice a day.
